  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are quoted inclusive of VAT.
  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.
  • Please note that we can only offer tracking for Europe & rest of the world to UK borders only and cannot be held responsible for goods from this point onwards. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact and we will quote separately
  • We endeavour to provide the most cost-effective delivery methods for the artworks. We reserve the right to change delivery costs and method of postage at any time.
  • Deliveries will normally be made to UK addresses within 7 days. You will be advised of any delay, or if the item is not available .
  • Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
  • In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time. 

  • You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  • We will use our reasonable endeavours to respond to any point of dissatisfaction by you, provided you contact us within 3 months of purchase.
  • In any event, you may not cancel or return any commissioned or personalised orders.
  • The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely wrapped; including our delivery slip, at your own risk and cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).
  • We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. 
    After we have received the goods, we will credit your account with the full purchase price of the goods returned.
    If you do not return the goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
    We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you.
    If the goods have not yet been sent to you at the point of cancellation, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
